Sliceline Cafe was founded by Chirag Dave, a Computer Engineer turned hospitality entrepreneur, driven by a deep love for food, coffee and the art of serving people. What began as a passion quickly evolved into a mission — to redefine how India experiences pizza and café culture.

While observing the Indian pizza market, Chirag identified a clear gap: limited customization and repetitive choices. To solve this, he introduced the Build Your Own Pizza concept at Sliceline — empowering customers to create their pizza exactly the way they like it, from base and sauce to cheese and toppings. This innovation not only differentiated the brand but also built strong emotional engagement with customers.

Today, Sliceline Cafe has become a go-to destination for coffee and pizza lovers, achieving a customer retention rate of over 70%, with impressive ratings of 4.8 on Google and 4.5 on Zomato. These numbers reflect more than popularity — they represent trust, consistency and value.
